## 1. Our Role as Intermediary
Rich Vacation Travel Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) acts **solely as a sales intermediary and curator** of travel experiences. We do **not** operate or deliver tours ourselves. All tours are operated exclusively by independently licensed Mainland China tour operators (“Operators”) holding valid PRC tourism licences, insurance, and operational authority.
Your contract for on-ground services in Mainland China is directly with the Operator. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of the Operator.

## 2. Services Provided
We:- Curate and market travel packages.- Facilitate bookings and payment processing via our Hong Kong entity.- Refer clients to licensed Operators for tour delivery.
We do **not**:- Provide transportation, accommodation, guiding, or other on-ground services.- Hold a Hong Kong travel agent licence under the *Travel Agents Ordinance* (Cap. 494) as we do not operate tours from Hong Kong.

## 3. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:- Acts/omissions of Operators or their subcontractors.- Force majeure events (including natural disasters, PRC government restrictions, pandemics, border closures).- Client visa or entry denials into Mainland China.- Itinerary changes by Operators due to local conditions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

## 4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:- Hold a valid passport and obtain a PRC visa independently.- Comply with PRC entry/exit regulations.- Disclose any medical conditions affecting travel.- Purchase your own travel insurance (we do not provide insurance).

## 5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed via our Hong Kong entity and remitted to the Operator.
Refunds are subject to recovery from the Operator. We will pursue refunds on your behalf but cannot guarantee recovery beyond our control.
**Refund Schedule:**- ≥ 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% admin fee.- 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund.- < 30 days before departure: No refund.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt from the Operator.

## 6. Minors Policy
Children are permitted only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the minor’s conduct and safety.

## 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, **except** matters arising solely from on-ground service delivery in Mainland China, which fall under PRC jurisdiction.
