## 1. Intermediary Status
Rich Vacation Travel Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is not licensed as a travel agent under Hong Kong’s *Travel Agents Ordinance* (Cap. 494) because we do not operate or deliver tours from Hong Kong. We act solely as a sales intermediary and curator of travel experiences. All tours are operated exclusively by independently licensed Mainland China tour operators (“Operators”) holding valid PRC tourism licences, insurance, and operational authority.
Your contract for on‑ground services in Mainland China is directly with the Operator. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of the Operator.

## 2. Visa Responsibility
Clients are responsible for verifying their own visa eligibility for Mainland China. We do not arrange visas or guarantee entry. We may provide itinerary support letters upon request, but visa issuance and entry decisions rest solely with PRC authorities.

## 3. Currency Fluctuations
Prices quoted are in EUR/USD/HKD as specified at the time of booking. Prices may change due to PRC currency fluctuations or Operator cost changes. Refunds will be based on the actual amount recovered from the Operator in the original payment currency.

## 4. Insurance
We do not provide travel insurance. Clients must arrange their own coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal liability, and loss or damage to property.

## 5. Tripartite Contract
All bookings form a tripartite contract between:- **Client**- **Rich Vacation Travel Limited (Hong Kong)**- **Licensed Mainland China Operator**
Each party’s obligations and liabilities are limited to their respective roles.

## 6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:- Acts/omissions of Operators or their subcontractors.- Force majeure events (including natural disasters, PRC government restrictions, pandemics, border closures).- Client visa or entry denials.- Itinerary changes by Operators due to local conditions.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

## 7. Governing Law
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except matters arising solely from on‑ground service delivery in Mainland China, which fall under PRC jurisdiction.
